Dragon Ball Z: Revival of “F” will be the latest and fifteenth Dragon Ball Z movie. This new action packed film will be premiered all across Japan on April 18, 2015. The series creator Akria Toriyama is pulling the strings behind this latest installment and is making it a direct sequel to 2013’s highly acclaimed Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods.
In the September 2014 issue of the Weekly Shonen Jump Toriyama promised he will increase the amount of action scenes and add a funnier story.

This film will take place three years after the crazy events of Battle of Gods (Beerus the Destroyer went to sleep for three years towards the end of this film) as seen in trailer #2 the God of Destruction and his master Whis will be apart of these new events. Will they fight alongside the Z Warriors? Or will they serve another purpose? Their role is unknown at this point but we can guarantee their appearances will be significant in this new story.

With the title Revival of F and Frieza being featured on various posters, there is no secret that the most maniacal and memorable tyrant in the Dragon Ball universe will somehow be brought back to life. The main question is how? How will Frieza be resurrected? The confirmed answer to that question is currently unknown but we do have a good idea how and who will resurrect him.
Tagoma and Sorbet (not the frozen dessert) are elite soldiers in Frieza’s Planet Trade Organization and will most likely responsible for bringing Frieza back to life. Tagoma is seen holding a dragonball in trailer #2 so their mission most likely was to go to earth in search of the dragonballs to resurrect their fallen leader.

Even if Frieza is revived, how will he be able to combat the Z Warriors? After Frieza’s death, Goku, Vegeta and the other Z Warriors have achieved incredible feats, defeated threats like Cell and Majin Buu that would make Frieza look like child’s play. Goku reached the Super Saiyan God level in Battle of Gods so will Frieza get a new transformation or even god level powers to be a legit threat to Goku and Vegeta? It might be possible, as he is seen in various posters gleaming with the same godlike aura that Goku had when he transformed into a Super Saiyan God.
Will Vegeta become a Super Saiyan God? Throughout Dragon Ball Z he’s always been second fiddle to his arch rival Goku and usually reaches levels of power way after Goku’s already reached them. I personally think the idea of Vegeta turning into a god and defeating Frieza in this film would be very satisfying and would give him the revenge he’s always wanted. It would be right for being the prideful prince of saiyans and for Frieza slaying his people.
